Our Shipping Rates and Policies

Actually, there are three separate shipping policies on this website.

I.   If you order our T-shirts or sweatpants, your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground.  Your domestic shipping cost (i.e., within the USA) will be based on the following schedule:        

• Orders up to 39.00               6.99
• Orders up to 69.00               7.99
• Orders up to 99.00               8.99
• Orders over 100.00 will be shipped FREE

II.  If you order the book, it will be shipped directly from our publisher, Mill City Press, who offers a variety of options, including FedEx, USPS, and Media Mail.

III. And finally, since we are only Bob and Kaye, in order to offer you the literally mind-boggling assortment of NFL jerseys and football paraphernalia that's available, we'll need to have these orders fulfilled by our NFL outlet, who have even more shipping options than our publisher!

Our Returns Policy

Since black is the only color we have, if you need to return something, it must be because it's the wrong size, yes?  Okay.  If we messed up and sent you a size you didn't order, or, hey, if it just doesn’t fit, let us know within two weeks of receipt, and we'll gladly exchange it for you, shipping on us. 

How do you do that?  Click on the Contact Us tab on this website, then click on the e-mail link to football4lovers@aol.com  [it's right below "Bob and Kaye can be reached by" at the top of the page].  Enter "Exchange" in the subject line, then tell us what size(s) you're returning and what size(s) you need.  We'll e-mail you a pre-paid FedEx label to stick on the return package [which should either be the packaging you received it in, or your own suitable packaging].   

Once we receive your return package [and we're sure you'll be fair and return it to us in un-worn condition, please and thank you], we'll send out your replacement.  Shipping still on us.
